The Purpose Code — Founders’ Charter

The Founding Member program is permanently closed. The people named by this charter are the only founders The Purpose Code will ever have.

Why this charter exists

Before The Purpose Code was anything, a small circle of people believed in it enough to pay for it. Some joined because they work in this world and saw what we were building. Others joined for a simpler reason: they believed in me. Both kinds of faith built this app, and both deserve something permanent in return.

This charter is a public, written commitment to our Founding Members. It will not be revised downward, and the privileges in it will never be sold to anyone else, at any price.

Who this covers

Every member who purchased a Lifetime or Annual Founding Membership before the program closed. No new founders will ever be admitted. If you're reading this and you're not on the list — you can still join The Purpose Code, but founding status is gone for good. That's what makes it mean something.

What every Founding Member holds, for life

1. The Founders’ Sponsorship Slot. Every year, each founder receives one complimentary sponsorship placement inside The Purpose Code — the same placement businesses pay for. Use it to put your own work, practice, or project in front of our entire audience. Not a business owner? Your slot is yours to give: gift it to someone whose work you believe in, or exchange it for membership credit or a gift membership for a friend. As our audience grows, so does what your slot is worth — founders rise with us.

2. The Founders’ Referral Share. Founders earn 20% of first-year revenue from every new member they bring to The Purpose Code. You believed first; when you help others find us, you share in what that creates.

3. Founders’ Privileges.

• The Founding Member badge, permanently displayed on your profile — never available to anyone else, ever.

• First access to every release, including the native app before the public sees it.

• Your name carried in the app's credits when we ship native.

• A standing vote on the roadmap: founders are consulted before major features and help choose what we build next.

• For Annual Founding Members: your founding price is locked for as long as you renew.

What this charter is not

Founding Membership is a thank-you and a relationship, not an investment. It carries no ownership, equity, or share of profits in The Purpose Code, and the privileges above are benefits of membership, not financial instruments. The referral share is a marketing commission paid for referrals you actually make.

Our promise

The program is closed. The list is final. The privileges are permanent.
